What this is / isn't
Is: a prototype view of the OSM road network and OSM tag-quality checks Floodtrace runs
before analysis — routing-profile filtering (resident vs. emergency access) and water-crossing
structure tagging, for two example NL towns.
Isn't: not a flood map (no depths, hazard layers or exposure results yet); not official
data (OSM only — a real deliverable uses BGT/NWB/GWSW as the source of record, see
docs/METHODOLOGY.md §1); not a live client report. Terrain is flat in this
prototype; buildings are lowered to the city's average ground level, so they may sit slightly
high or low where the ground slopes. Real AHN terrain comes next.
